Please provide as much detail as possible. Incomplete information, unclear photos, missing site-condition images, or prior repairs may delay review.

What to include

  • Full name, email, and phone number.
  • Project name and installation address.
  • Order number, invoice number, or proof of purchase, if available.
  • Date of delivery and date of installation.
  • Installer and finisher information.
  • Description of the issue and when it was first noticed.
  • Clear photos and videos of the issue.
  • For exterior doors: photos of the overhang, threshold, exposure, and surrounding site conditions.
Photo Tip Include both close-up images and full-context images. For operation issues, include a short video showing the door opening, closing, locking, or latching.
